How do I get started?

Do you require a contract?
Yes. For account set-up only, I require a 30-day contract. For monthly management packages, I require a 3-month contract and a 30-day termination notice.
Why do you require a 3-month contract for account maintenance?
Growth and engagement are gradual and require patience and persistence. It can take 3-6 months for me to see what works and doesn’t work for your account and your business.
How do I pay for the service?
You will be invoiced prior to my starting work on your account. Monthly services are paid in full at the start of the month. Billing on account set-up packages is split into two payments: 50% deposit is due before services are started and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of account set-up. Payment can be made by credit card when you receive your invoice from QuickBooks.
Are there additional costs?
I recommend and use an automation tool called Tailwind to schedule on Pinterest. This is needed if you choose to include Pinterest in your monthly management plan. You will need to upgrade to the Tailwind Plus plan before I can begin monthly management services.

How do you choose what to post?
We will discuss your brand in detail during our initial call. When I begin working with you, I will request access to read and review your Google Analytics. I will use this to help me determine what posts are driving traffic back to your website and through your doors.
